I’ve heard the stories floating around the web but have not seen the problem first hand and I don’t know anyone that has seen it. Always makes me wonder how many dumb-thumb maneuvers were attributed to this ghost. Saw this video back in August when it was posted, great information and happy to see Spektrum step-up their game and get a little technical and a little social. The most recent attack I have seen is on the satellite receivers. With the V-Bar and Total-G just the beginning I think we are about to see some exciting things made possible by just that technology.

Hi few simple questions?
What TX’s are you using ?
Are you using an Spectrum SE version TX and RX or older Spectrum?
If you are using SE version can you do a comparison agains FAST HS system like 10CG or 8FG with
r6014HS (using 7ms frame rate)
TX

Good video, i’ve seen this one before. I really dislike the whole “ours is better than yours” thing, it doesnt make the company look too good.

Bogus test. It doesn’t matter on a heli because the gyro has to reboot, by then you would have a lawn dart. Hook up more servos and try it and see what happens. Also you waited til the new Rx’s came out to compare. Try this test with the ATX SD-10 and see what happens. Spektrum has has more problems that Futaba has ever had with 2.4 systems.

The servo’s stop working correct but did you see also the led on the receiver ?, the Futaba was still online. And Agree Spectrum has had more problems then Futaba has ever had.

enjoyed the video Bert! can’t wait to get mine all set up and go out there
Why does the helicopter not lift off? Not enough pitch on the blades. For the CP2: lengthen the pitch links to increase the blade pitch. The best way to set the blade pitch is to disconnect the main and tail motor wires for the 4 in 1 controller (noting their positions) then switch your TX on and connect the heli battery. Allow the gyro to calibrate then switch the idle up switch on (top left of TX) then centre the throttle stick (leave trim at the bottom).
Welcome!
