It surprises me how often I get complaints from people who bought an Align product to find that the product is either defective or becomes defective over time and they can’t get any warranty. Unfortunately people blame Align for their “lack of customer service” when in fact Align honors all warranties and always replaces defective products. The problem here is that a lot of people are buying Align products, specially the new 3G FBL system from dealers that are not authorized by Align or that do not buy from authorized Align distributors.
Align does not deal with end users directly. However, Align always replaces defective products via their distribution network and therefore if you buy an Align product from a legitimate dealer, you should have absolutely no problem going back to that dealer and asking for a replacement if you need to. Please keep an eye on Ebay items and questionable dealers, if in doubt, always ask your dealer where they buy their Align products from, you can always go to this page and verify that they are buying from an authorized Align distributor.

And aren’t Fast-lad in UK an Align dealer? Many people in the nordic (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland… etc) buy stuff from Fast-lad.

I am not sure how old that map is, I will find out. Yes, Fast-lad is a reputable Align dealer, I am not sure that they are a distributor, but if not, they definitely buy from a reputable distributor for sure. You can’t go wrong with them!
