Here is a short video showing the T-Rex 700 with Ray Nemovi’s new electric conversion. This conversion allows for any gear ratio by using standard mod 7 pinions and the original 700 main gear. This new conversion kit from Ray will be released very soon, it is extremely easy to install allowing to convert any 700N into a 700E in a matter of minutes!
In this particular setup, I have the Neu 1915 1.5y motor with the Kontronik Power Jazz ESC. The packs are old and tired, but I’ll shoot a full flight video soon with a set of ThunderPower 12s 5000 Mah 45C packs. Aside from motor and ESC, I have JR8717 servos on cyclic, Spartan gyro with JR 8900G and the Spektrum 7100 receiver running on 8 volts. Transmitter is a DX7 SE.
